Spirituality of Aging Workshop

When/Where: Participants can choose between two workshop dates and locations for their convenience. The first is on September 24, 2008 at Priest Field Pastoral Center in Kearneysville from 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Refreshments and hors d'oeuvres will be provided. The second will be held September 25, 2008 at Annunciation of our Lord Church in Fort Ashby from 10:00a.m. - 2:00p.m. Lunch will be provided. The cost for either workshop date/location is only $10.00 which includes materials and refreshments.

"Embracing the Blessings of Age", a workshop on the spirituality of aging, will be held in the Martinsburg Vicariate in two locations. This workshop will explore the spiritual journey towards the fullness of life that aging brings us. We will address the necessary acceptance of physical and mental changes as well as methods of adapting our practice of faith. In addition, information will be provided on area resources for the aging.
